I enjoy you ladies so much! I am a new subscriber, and I am coming back to stitching after a stretch of about 15 years. I taught my Mom and my Aunt to cross stitch and we spent a lot of time doing it together and enjoying each other's company. After they both passed away I really didn't have the heart to continue on my own. But now you gals have inspired me to start again with all your lovely stitching projects and I feel like I have some new friends to stitch with. A Stashbox would be fun!

Welcome back ladies! You were missed. I was sitting here stitching and thinking what fun it would be to gather the stitchers from around Willow Street and get to know each other and stitch.....then you announced your great idea to have a local event in August. Great minds must think alike😂 I love watching you both, and Liz, it was wonderful to meet you in person at Stitched Unlimited the other week. I attended a service at the Worship Center today and a speaker said we should choose joy every day. You folks are part of my joy! Thank you for sharing your joy 💕

I just have to share this story with you. I work for the Department of Health in South Africa, and this inevitably means that most of the patient's socio-economic situation is heartbreaking to say the least. I learned to compartmentalise, but there are just days when the plight of the children and elderly gets me down. Stitching is a way to escape from it all, especially if it is an intricate pattern. This pandemic really impacted the community I serve severely and my coping mechanism sometimes slips and I will just be overwhelmed by the heartache. Since I discovered your channel I will just connect and stitch away while you continue to chat in the background, and this would be how my husband finds me many a night after working late. The other night he came home and as is his custom he came to greet me, and he looked at the screen and saw you two chatting away, and he said: " And hello to you two ladies as well". Needless to say I would love to be considered for the stash box. Regards from Namaqualand.

Stash box ! As always I love to watch your videos. We used to have a cat that loved to eat roses. When my daughter was dating her now husband . He sent her roses for Valentines Day . She put the Bouquet in her bedroom and when she got home from class she was devastated . The kitty had eaten most of her roses .

I’m inlove with a “gadget” ladies as soon as I saw the smasta I went to Amazon my daughter and I have a list together so I put a note on the smasta we each need one,it was maybe 3 minutes later she sent me a message that the order had been placed ...we watched all day today( 2-21-21)for delivery truck..lol and now we have our highlighters,scissors,bees wax,frogger etc.. love it Thank you for sharing gadget corner and love all of your videos I lived in Lancaster PA in August 1987 - November 1988 my favorite store was the Amish General Store the quilts the wraps so beautiful, I’m from Colorado military brat .Happy Stitching lovely ladies.

I have lived in Miami, Florida for the past 35 years and have traveled to Key West(the Conch Republic) many times. The correct way to pronounce conch is “Konk” (rhymes with “honk”). Conch is a beautiful shell with a pink interior. The mollusk inside is used for conch fritters, conch chowder, conch ceviche, etc. If cooked incorrectly, it has the texture of a rubber band😳😳 Now you know😊 Thank you for your wonderful, educational and fun videos!

So glad you are back and had a chance to vacation together. What a nice way to stitch together. Since getting back to cross stitching I am getting a little at a time. I will put my hat in for the stash box as it would be a great addition to my stash. Your needlework is so lovely and you both are multi talented. I am taking notes so that when I get past the Aida and go to linen I can be aware of what counts and colors to look for. I have to write it down or I will forget. I wanted to mention something that is kind of funny that you may or may not know. I have my closed caption on when I watch flosstube. I think it was done by accident but I got used to it. Anyways, when you start the flosstube and introduce yourselves, when Deb says hi I am Deb, the closed caption has, hi, I am dead. On another flosstube, Liz said craft but closed caption thought she said crap. So when Liz said something like I love doing crafts, it showed it as I love doing crap. I just thought I would share.

I had some zipper tops my Mom made for me when I was in Jr. High - from double knit - yes it was the 70's - but I loved them. You both have lovely hair going on today too. So glad you had a fun trip with lots of stitching time. With daily snow and negative degree temps I have had a home stitching retreat. Love stitching and reading though. A retreat would be fun.
