He had so much potential but rather than exploring it he was reduced to be Davina's love interest and the kid brother his siblings are tired of.

That is the flaw of the death tbh it was just plot armor that they killed him to begin with, not to mention them not getting consequences for it. Klaus killing Jeremy would have made a lot more sense then Silas doing it because of Katherine lol.

I gotta say all of the Originals got A LOT of character development. We see them as bad guys in the Vampire Diaries, they look like heartless montsters, mass murderers for fun, manipulating people, and kill people because why not? But now look at them, Rebekah isn't even bother to kill that girl when she visits Hope. Klaus and Elijah have become way.. Wayyyyy better person and more merciful.. Just please don't put their family in harm 😂. Kol, he was a homicidal maniac, but his body count for fun dramatically decrease ever since Davina.

@@randomuser0483 did he? i mean, yeah, he said that, but that doesn't necessarily mean he meant it. people say stupid shit about their family all the time, especially when they are angry at them and while it's not ideal, it's normal. klaus treated kol like shit over the years so it's understandable that kol would try to cut himself out of the situation, pretend that it didn't bother him and that he didn't care. in real life, we do it all the time. how many times do you say "i'm fine" or "i don't care" when you are not fine and you do care, you just don't want to seem vulnerable? the whole "if klaus is dying then i'm going to celebrate" thing was clearly a defense mechanism to feel better about the situation and if you, like kol, long for a family and this family keeps pushing you away, you'll avoid being vulnerable around them or admit to emotions that aren't anger or hate, because these emotions may make you seem "week". if you truly think that kol didn't care about klaus's death than you kinda... missed the point of their entire relationship?

@@matthewbee128 i don't think he would forgive her tbh. i think that he would let her live but it'd for certain create tension in their relationship, so even if they wouldn't break up immeditely after klaus's death (which i doubt), they would eventually because of the underlying hate and resentment that kol would hold over davina if she ever killed klaus. but i don't really think that their relationship would last, i think he'd break up with her right after klaus's death. in worst case scenario, he could kill her in the inital anger and then be heartbroken over both of their deaths and hate himself for the rest of his life probably

I don't excuse Klaus daggering his siblings but I do think he always loved them regardless of what they did. Safest place in his mind to him was to dagger them. Kol was a liability who was bloodthirsty. Finn wanted to kill himself. Elijah wanted to stop Klaus so he got daggered. While Rebekah wanted to leave him and he didn't want that so he daggered her. You also got to remember that Klaus and Henrik went to see the werewolves change and that's when his little brother died. You know that must play a part in why he never wanted to have his siblings blood on his hands while he didn't mind killing his parents. He must have felt guilty.
