Mam you told that vacuole was absent in bacteria then you told about contractile vacuole and you say bacteria have one what it's mean bacteria have vacuole or not???

CONTRACTILE VACOULE IS A VACUOLE WHICH IS USED IN EXOCYTOSIS. IT IS NOT THE VACUOLE WHICH STORES WATER, SAP ETC.
