Mam, when you are calculating area or volume, it is not following any formula for cube, cuboid, or sphere. I mean if you are calculating area it should have some shape. Can you please explain this to me? And generally, we took shape of a cell as circular so in 3D it should be sphere, and we should use formulas of spherical shape.

The unit used in area irrespective of the shape is unit square and similarly for volume it is unit cube. Eg: area of sphere = 10 cm^2 and volume of sphere =23cm^3
