respected mam u said that tubules are formed by the loss of ribosomes from rer 8:45 and at 10:25 u said that tubules are formed by loss of ribosomes from cisternae which one is correct please reply if anybody have an explanation or solution plz plz plz.. is it because cisternae is also a type of RER?
@agri_brains
@agri_brains 3 жыл бұрын
ER is of two types - Rough ER and Smooth ER. Now, ribosomes are attached on the outer part of cisternae in RER . And if these ribosomes are not attached( or are absent) to the cisternae, then it's called smooth ER or tubules. Both RER and SER ( tubules) are present in cell but their ratio may vary according to the function of the cell( if the cell produces more lipids then SER is more and if the cell produces more protein then RER is more).
