The stealth force and the second division of the thirteen court guard squads are different organizations. The stealth force used to only belong to the head of the Shihoin clan, the former leader of the stealth force before Soi Fon is Yoruichi, she was the head of the Shihoin clan but she was also captain of the 2nd division so whenever the Shihoin head becomes a squad captain that squad’s members also serve as stealth force officers, if Yoruichi was captain of the 5th division the stealth force would be attached to the 5th division. Since Yoruichi was framed by Aizen the stealth force remained in the 2nd division and for the first time in its history was commanded by a person that was not a Shihoin that person being Soi Fon.

Ukitake is perpetually sick, his shikai is Sogyo no Kotowari (he released it on Sokyoku hill) and if he wasn't sick like he is he'd be one of the strongest soul reapers but because of his personality he'd still rarely fight unless he absolutely had to.

Well in the first time we met ulquorra He said bankai ichigo at low is trash but said when its high its higher than his base form So ichigo was stronger than half the espada from the beginning of the arc But was limited by the hollow This also mean if ichigo has full control he should have an easier time with grimmjaw
