Alluka wishing rules: 1. Grants 1 wish after 3 requests are fulfilled 2. Min 2 people die when 4 requests aren't fulfilled 3. The bigger the wish, the bigger the next requests are 4. The bigger the wish, more people will die when requests unfulfilled (the most loved one then the ones you spent most time with) 5. The one whose wish was granted isn't affected by the next requests not being fulfilled 6. One can make a wish after the requests are fulfilled by another 7. After healing someone, Alluka always resets to level 1 8. You can put a condition for a wish to be granted 9. One can't make 2 wishes in a row 10. Once Alluka starts requesting, she won't switch to another until the requests are un/fulfilled by the first person 11. Can't make a request if she doesn't know the person's name 12. If you die before completing the requests, is considered a failure and 2. applies If I missed something let me know

Killua's eyes are the exact same as Gon's when he heard about Kite. I think it's the artist's way of showing someone who's broken... and about to do anything to fulfill their goal. (you know, the entire ideology of the Hunters) Difference is Killua is from an insanely rich, powerful, skilled, and influential family... Pitou better be happy Gon went after her and not Killua.

I think the narrator said "Reina and Brovada returned home" because he might end up playing the role of an older brother. Maybe the mother believes that it's her son, maybe she doesn't care but adopts him as part of the family. But I interpret it as "he stayed there with the family".

Alluka's gender is unclear since Togashi mainly used gender neutral term and the translation just took a guess, but there's one moment that was obvious: when Kirua said he wouldn't let Gotoh take care of her, because she's a girl.

Killua's sister is Trans... Kinda. There are two parts to her personality, Nanika is the Dark, Powerful part of his sister, and because she was a part of Alluka since Birth even though biologically Alluka is male she identifies equally and is at peace with both sides of her soul... so she prefers to be called She... but only Killua does this because only he accepts and acknowledges both halves of his sibling. It's really the sweetest and best real representation of a trans person in media. We dont need the writers to point out someone is trans every episode, just write a good story like this, and gradually develop a character and backstory so they are a great addition, not a quota. (some of this is theory, most is confirmed)

the one thing I don't like about this arc is that kite being alive at the end, he's the only major character that died in this war (beside netero) and is gon's entire motivation throughout the arc, yet here they are, telling us he didn't die

he lost his body though. that's a price too. don't you think? but of course the soul is alive and oh well... in art you gotta flex whatever muscle you want. creative license doesn't require anything to be reasonable. maybe Togashi felt that he was being too cruel throughout the CA arc... and redeemed himself with giving Kite's soul back. the CA arc gave me trauma. it was so brutal. by the end of it Kite being alive doesn't mean anything to me. joking...i'm happy for Gon and Ging that Kite's soul is intact.

Alluka is a boy but identifies as a girl. That is why the family refers to Alluka as "he" and Nanika as "it" while Killua, being the one who cares, treats Alluka as a girl. You can use "she" when referring to Alluka to make it simple.

Exactly. In the manga and in the anime Alluka refers to Nanika as "she" and "her", so the argument that Nanika is "he" while Alluka is "she" is futile. Alluka is trans, plain and simple. And she is amazing representation. Togashi has showcased at least one trans character in each of his series. Miyuki in Yu Yu Hakusho, Mikihisa in Level E, and Alluka in HxH.
