M L just do a 90 degree heel flip and then turn the rest, just pray you land it

Literally practice this and front heel today for like 30 minutes and now i have both rotations down i just need to land on it for back heel and i still need to turn my shoulders all the way for front heel

@@aaronleghissa i decided to do frontside heels first, and I got super close, but unfortunately I got severely injured in a motocross crash, which meant no more skating for the rest of the summer. If it weren't for that, I'd be well on my way to back heels now :/

larmando22 think of the flip as an Ollie but with your heel

Try to learn how to ollie but in a heelflip position, with your toes hanging off the board, once you get those down, kick your front foot out but more to your right side if you're goofy(or left side if your regular) , not too much in front of you.
