Neer Dosa ǀǀ সঠিক চাল, জলের পরিমাপ ও পদ্ধতি সহ ǀǀ cook with sunayana

Today I will prepared Neer Dosa. It is very easy and simple process. For, your better understanding I have written the procedure in bengali -
For dosa batter:
Rice 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
White oil 1 teaspoon
For tomato chutney:
White oil 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
3 dry red chilli
Salt as per taste
Chhana dal 2 tablespoon
Ginger 1"
Chopped tomatoes 2 medium size
Tamarind 1 teaspoon
Rosted parents 1 handful
For tadka:
White oil 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
1 dry red chili
Urad dal 1 teaspoon
Hing 1 pinch
2 branches of curry leaves
