surprised i havent seen anyone point out that this is clearly heavily inspired by delirium from the binding of isaac, pumpkin guy and the static ones especially edit: hell, the mod is even _called_ void which is where delirium spawns and the entire point of it is to be a mashup of every floor you've visited beforehand and this void is, similarly, a mashup of evadare 1 and 2 (and even more thanks to blank)

Story: Evadare: This is in a world where weird dudes are idfk The main guy is a bounty and the pumpkin is a bounty hunter? (Idk) He gets seen and chased by the pumpkin, main guy hits pumpkin with crowbar and pumpkins face falls off and he gets fuckin PISSED. He burys the main character and it ends there. Xrun:main dude awakens on boat with pirate mfs who help him. Main guy sees pumpkin guy on paper and weird whale guy. They find whale guy and shoot him, than the pumpkin guy and he friends appear but pumpkin guy has a sowed face on and pumpkin guy kidnap main character Void (so far): the ship and him fall into the void sea I guess and pumpkin guy and all his friends are there, pumpkin guy kills captain and random ass dude from “the bells.” Main guy gets sad and gets captured (kinda) The end for now :)

To be honest, I want to criticize how you use the effects. Effects are supposed to have a feel for them, making them feel part of the atmosphere. Saying the effects are the weakest part of the music means you don't know how to use the effects, because you can simply use those effects as one shots and then mute them and switch them out quickly for another. I'm not trying to bash you down, your content is great I'm just a bit of a nerd for music theory, though I'm still learning. Next time, experiment with the effects! And other beats, synths/melodies, and vocals. Oh another thing, don't try to mash everything together all at once. More doesn't equal better, like me stuffing my face with pizza and choking on it

Okay to taking context about him saying that "It's more pick and choose" and taking context from @aubreyathame (s) comment it being a whole reference to a boss in a game known as The Binding of Issac. That being the entity known as Delirium, which would be the reference to it's level that is fought in known as "Void" which that by it's self is basically a full on mish-mash of all of the other levels to create some sort of like experimental screwed up floor. Which would align to the choice of the vocals and the characters themselves in the mod, that being it uses various characters from mainly it's own series but would also take others with it in the case of voice 8.
