Sir meri PWD ki certificate hai but usme 30℅ handicapped hi diya hai And NTA ki guideline mein minimum 40℅ khoja tha but usme 1 to 39℅ handicapped ka v option diya tha and maine PWD certificate ko daal diya tha and result mein mujhe alag rank mila to kya 30℅ ko consider krega counselling mein? Please tell me sir
