Agar state mai kisi round mein seat allot ho to kya aiq ke stay vacancy round mai ja sakte hain? Similarly agar aiq ke kisi round mai seat mil jaye to kya state ke stay vacancy round main ja sakte hai?

Sir agar 2nd round ma college mil gaya Or ham 3rd. Round ma upgradations ka liya gaya or hama 3rd round ka college pasand nahi aya to 3rd round ka college ko chod ka 2 nd round ka college ka sath continue kar sakta hai kya? Sir please reply

sir agr hm state or all india dono ke round 1 mein jate hai or hme state m seat mil jati hai to fir agr hm all india counseling se exit lena chahe or further participate bhi na krna chahe to kya krna hoga or is case m kya hme security fees refund hogi

Suppose seat alloted in deemed college through mcc in first round and reported,but get a choice seat in 3rd round of state counseling then what happens? Do we lose all money paid to deemed college?
