Hi milapchand bhora, finding the least stable is also very easy, it will be (c) because the negative charge in it is destabilized by - OCH3 group, also if you look carefully the octet of carbon(+) is not complete. There has also been another factor of instability which is the structure is having only one = bond compared to the others. All these conditions will make the structure become the least stable one. Apply the pics rule and you will find the answer to any of your questions easily. Thanks
