Sir, Please correct your advice at 14.15 in video. that as per my knowledge if you got seat in R-3 of state councelling, you can not join Stray round of All india councelling , because state share allotted candidate data with Medical counciling commitee and MCC not allow state alloted candidate to participate in stray vacancy round.

If you are fleshly registered with mcc....then you can participate but lost state seat and further can not participate in state counselling.....If registered with mcc in earlier rounds then can not participate .... So, can do so if you are freshly registered....

Either remain in State or move to mcc 3rd round...if not joined mcc 3rd round, you no longer can participate in mcc counselling further.....So, decide carefully....choose which is best for you...either stay with state or go for mcc...Only one seat can be kept
