@jayshriparmar97515 ай бұрын
Orbital apex syndrome - U/L gradual opthalmoplagia with vision loss (2,3,4,V1,6) Cavernous sinus syndrome -B/L sudden opthalmoplagia without vision loss ( 3,4,V1&2 ,6) 6th 1st affect and+ chemosis and proptosis

Pease correct that sigmoid sinus itself continues as IJV; however, inferior petrosal sinus is first tributary of IJV
@Anatomy_Dr_Ashwani9 ай бұрын
First tributary of major vein is counted as formative tributary so there is nothing to correct in it.

A mistake between the left and right sides of the brain was made in relation to the skull sides. 9:20 is left not right. And same on other side. If it was in relation to the SSS then it might make sense but its still confusing for students that might need to recall this information during an exmam. Amazing videos as usual, thank you doctor.
@Anatomy_Dr_Ashwani2 жыл бұрын
My dear i think you are mistaken… it’s a view from the top and not radiological oriented image. Therefor SSS draining it’s blood mainly to the right transverse sinus (which is marked correctly in the picture) 😊
