Migration certificate 1) For FMGs, instead of migration an NOC from the institute could be submitted. Check with the PG University on requirement for FMG 2) The migration certificate is not insisted during joining in many institutes. Candidates would be provided time for this. Please check with the institute and they would confirm this.

Some colleges in Karnataka are asking for these documents in the list of documents required for admission. Transfer certificate, migration certificate and eligibility certificate.

Sir is college leaving certificate and transfer certificate same? My ug college has provided a certificate after completion of internship & there it is mentioned that I have done my mbbs from this institute & my character is good etc. It is headed as college leaving certificate. Is it same as transfer certificate? Thank you in advance.

Based on round 1 AIQ we have allotted in Karnatka, we got NOC for Karnatka, now upgraded in R2 to Kerala, can we use the same or we have to amendment Sir

If the NOC mentions Karnataka, please check with Kerala Univ if they would accept it. Usually they would ask for another addressed to Kerala univ. So if they ask you may have to get a new one.If it is not too difficult, you can get it now again from current med council sir.

Required only for TN state quota (if you have not done MBBS from TN, then anyways eligible through TN MBBS and nativity is not required) Nativity is easy to get and can be got from eseva online or eseva centers,

Sir I have joined state R1 seat in tamilnadu , i am also attending state R2 counselling , suppose if join state R2 seat, can I resign state seat if I get a better seat in all India mopup... Would I have to pay bond penalty ?

No clarity sir. In Tamil Nadu this year there has been an amendment. The amendment says that you cannot resign a state r2 joined seat. With or without penalty is not mentioned. Usual process till last year in TN: Resignation allowed without penalty till state mop up starts This year: This year there is no upgradation in mop up and this amendment says no resignation after state r2. So unsure of when penalty would be applicable.

None of these are required for joining DNB sir. Institute wont ask for these. Migration / eligibility is relevant only if you are joining a University.

Hello sir , I have doubt In my 10th and 12th marksheet , adhar card and pan card my name written as "Mohd osaid".however in my passport my name is written as "Mohammad osaid"and which I have taken admission abroad(MBBS) there also my name is written as Mohammad osaid as written in passport.Will I face any problem? when I will apply for FMGE/NEXT in future?

No issues. Max you would need is an affidavit from a notary affirming both being the same person.

Only if institute insists sir. Otherwise fine. Check with institute.

Sir i haven't received migration certificate from my ug university. Will my pg University allow me to take admission as I'm not having migration certificate.. I have applied for the same at my ug university but it will take atleast 15 days to get the migration certificate from my ug university.. Pls do reply sir

Yes. Check with institute. It is not insisted usually and you would have time to produce the migration certificate. It is not in the list of essential certificates prescribed by MCC for ai r2 admissions. Many candidates would be in a similar position.
