Sir,regarding the ligature mark….the image was not given.it it was mentioned that the mark was on the thyroid cartilage level And,they asked the mechanic of death in such strangulation.Option includes gagging too…

It was civil negligence but not criminal because criminal intent was not there

Sir the question which talks about incised wound over finger time stamp 11:21... Injury was only on index finger, middle finger and ring finger.. It was pale looking.. No fresh blood seen in the image.. It did not have injury on little finger.!

i felt it as post-mortem too.. Negative findings were there was no inflammation or bleeding at the wound site And positive findings were the skin edges were glistening white and widely gaped

Well yeah there were no blood stains….Nor any sign of inflammation around the wound… and the cut was inclined towards the palm as it progressed
