38:43 With all due respect, Sir, please consider that the oil drop sign can manifest secondary to autoimmune disease in general, for which psoriasis falls under. Other autoimmune diseases can include lupus and primary Sjögren's syndrome. By the way, I love this lecture. Thank you for posting it in English! ❤😊
