NEET Row: Supreme Court Notice To Exam Body Over 'Inconsistent' Marks Calculation | English News

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) over the alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG 2024 on a petition filed by a learning app that claimed "inconsistent" calculation of marks on the OMR sheets.
A vacation bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti sought a response by July 8, when the hearing of the matter, along with other petitions in the NEET-UG controversy, will take place.

Reneet should be based on whether you believe that.... Students suddenly became exceptionally intelligent that 67 students scored 720\720 without paper leak, when in previous years max 3 students scored 720\720.....whether it is fair to compare the ranks of students who appeared for neet against students who appeared for the reneet.....In Meghalaya,wrong question papers were distributed in jaintia hills and ribhoi districts,however only 10 students who complained in the courts were allowed to sit for the reneet, what about the other students who did not file case in the courts?..... Investigation will take a long time to complete, how long should the students wait?

NEET should be abolished. Give more Government medical colleges to States and let them manage the administrations. Make medical education more affordable, else we will not get any doctors to work in government hospitals and primary health centers.

Multiple attempts should be banned. Maximum three attempts in all competitive exams. Nowadays even civil service exams have multiple attempts and sitting and preparing for life long. LOL.

NTA, Modi govt. wanted to fill up the seats of private medical colleges by making surprisingly higher cut off marks at govt. Medical colleges this year. As a result private colleges are getting much more aspirants who are ready to give huge money to get admission. Hence, it is a top level involved NEET scam. Please The hon'ble S.C., take drastic steps against the culprits and save the innocent aspirants, not to be victimized.
