Same story with me bahiya, I was a topper in school and when i decided to join for classes for 11 i decided to join the same class i had studied from 10th. My seniors advised me not to join but my teacher convinced me that they would help me clear neet and all those stuff.. covid was at peak when i was in 11th they didnt teach from ncert but for hsc level everyday 6-8 hrs class, no revision could be done by me.. Pura 11th i was in depression, i cried badly bcoz i felt like i was dumb mera life mein kuch nahi hoga.. Due to this i couldn't concentrate well in 11th when exams approaced i had only 10 days left but still with this much self-doubt i studied i got 79% which made me happy. When i came to classes in 12, I felt like literal outcast my friends didn't talk to me as my scores got average, my teacher started to pay attention to students who were first benches as if other students didnt exist. now last month they started neet classes i attended first 2 days couldnt understand anything. then i decided to not go to class and now i study at home with youtube yes i dont know whether i would end up in a good place. But i am working hard and god will help me he has written my story...

The most relatable video I've found on youtube! First of all thank you josh talks for bringing such interviews as topper interviews are most of the times promoting a coaching institute and is far away from the reality. I am an Allen student and everything he said is so damn relatable. We also lost one girl in our institute and the teachers and the institute is only concerned about their institute's image and money making. I'm currently in 12th and I've also dropped my coaching 4 months back as initially they would teach with all of their efforts but then after some tests are conducted they seem to just focus on the toppers. Each and every line he said just felt like he telling my own story. Right now I'm scoring around 450 in my mock tests but I would now give my 100% and would definitely be a doctor! We definitely need more people like him to expose such coaching institutes ❤

Don't go for coaching with 11th and 12th..go for it after 12th..I took this decision and cracked neet with 6 months coaching only..coz i could devote time for self study

You were little late in deciding that coaching institutes are misguiding with their modules.I myself took out my son right from 3 months of joining the so called reputed institute just after the X th, therefore 11th went very well by the support of private tuitions ( which I think one must avail) and the school teachers.After that in XII th he joined online coaching which I found much sorted among the other institutes ,is PW.They neither flaunt their module nor motivate you to go out of NCERT.Mock papers move around NCERT, for that reason my son most of the time scored 700+.And in the end months the strategy of giving everyday mock paper always help and it helped my son as well where everyday he tried his level best to score full.And therefore I would say among all the coaching institutes I felt PW has created the content separately for the last moment revision videos and podcasts for free which is worth for the students and really helpful. For few last minute rigorous revision,he approached Vedantu's videos as well. So, Contents are free or with minimal expenses on KZbin and genuine too. Students should never go to bigger institutes.
