Sir my aadhar card was not linked with mobile number therefore it wasn't verified, i have started the updating process but it will take 5-6 days. So Can I fill form with PAN card or should I wait for aadhar card updation? which option is preferable? As I heard that if I register with PAN card I need to go 1 hour before examination for verification. is it true?
