Two days after the Supreme Court observed that the sanctity of the NEET-UG 2024 has been “breached”, the central government on Wednesday filed an affidavit before the apex Court in paper leak row, saying that it is not in support of a re-test citing an analysis by IIT Madras which suggests there was no “mass malpractice” in the exam.
The government said that it is ensuring no candidate guilty of malpractice gets any benefit but 23 lakh students are not required to be burdened with a re-test on “unsupported apprehensions”.

Marks vs distribution graph released by IIT maras The graph has a major anomaly If we consider two ranges, then it shows the data of previous years not this year. 680 to 700 marks has been secured by 2.3k students...which is clearly not matching with this year.

SC decission is depend on CBI's report. And now though 1 month completed.CBI is not provided final report yet.even if no any one higher authority of NTA is punished. As we found many cases many curruption were accrued during Bjp sarkar.4 example Electroral bond.so NEET exam scandal is done by BJP sarkar b4 election.all the government agency are working for favour of Modi BJP Sarakar..

If an examination is conducted, it must be done individually to be effective by which the examinee, parents, teachers and its assessor can assess how well the examinee has understood the application and content of the lessons taught. If the examinee looks at someone's answer and writes it, first of all it is clear that he/she does not know anything and therefore has not attained the required level of learning. Secondly, the cheater defeats the very purpose of the test as the copied answer does not show the learning ability of the copywriter. If a student does not learn anything he/she does not deserve any promotion to the next level. If such a fraud continues the fraud and consequently reaches any key position of government policy making, his incompetence will surely destroy the system he/she leads. This is how our country is ruined today. Aren't the Ministers, who don't even know how to read numbers, witnesses to this reality?

Can't ban all exams where malpractice happens. It needs to be corrected instead. Even thinking of Re-NEET is absurd. Either go with present NEET UG results or consider twelfth marks for admission.

if this continues in future then people getting even 700 also assures only govt clg not even a good AIIMS. You may have worked hard and scored better but you are not getting a deserved medical clg like AIIMS even with great marks that would be a huge pain. If this continues then INDIA will see false doctors in future Yes I agree rank inflation happens every year but not like this year which is very huge. I am questioning every one who is saying paper is easy that's why every one scored easily oh yeah right then what about 2020 QP
