Sir with all due respect, your points are valid but how can we say the 7.5% quota is because of NEET UG. Like you said the 10% quota was introduced before even when we were following +2 exams and hence we cant say the 7.5% was because of neet. Atleast when neet was not there, there was hope for alot of people who cannot afford coaching like in schools of namakkal etc to work hard and excel in public exams as it was still within their reach.
