1)Sir..If i remember right, in the diphtheria ques ,it said child last immunization was 22 months before, not booster..So shouldnt the answer be toxoid + erythromycin?? 2)In the fever with rash ques, i felt the rash with strawberry like tongue could be scarlett fever so cant the complication be glomerulonephritis 3)The ques was 1st stool.Is green due to..Answer should be biliverdin right ( thats also the reason why children with rotavirus diarrhoea also pass greenish stools)

Sandeep sir, in ques 18 it was the complication which was asked but there were 2 pictures and none was of strawberry tongue. ques was a child developed fever, conjunctivitis and lesion shown in first image ( showing multiple white spots in oral cavity btw teeth and cheeks which i thought were koplik spots) and in history it was given child developed rash(shown in figure on trunk, sorry not sure whether it resembled kawasaki or measles) after 3days of developing fever. what are the complication seen in this child? sir could this ques be of measles and not kawasaki. i was really confused in paper what should i mark myocarditis (because kawasaki was a dd i thought) or acute pancreatitis or acute nephritis or eididymorchitis

Ok.. in simple words. SpO2 is saturation of O2 in peripheral blood. Normally 98 to 100% in you and me. PaO2 is Partial pressure of O2 in arterial blood. This you get on doing ABG analysis. FiO2 is O2 concentration in inspired air. Room air has 21% O2 so our normal FiO2 is 0.21 or 21%. In ventilators, we usually start with an FiO2 of 50 to 70% and then increase or decrease.

According to your answer all20 corrects but 3 Meconium was not answer according to some teacher i marked meconium and according to psm teacher it is very severe pneumonia I marked pneumonia and according to psm nothing to be done in diphtheria case i matked Erythromycin and follow up
