Crow is a sad character when he first showed up I thought he was a generic villain but the game and music videos point to him coming from a long line of villains and he has been raised from birth to be the bad guy he has some romantic feelings for his secretary and under certain circumstances enjoys the company of others but he constantly has himself and the world telling him he has a role to fill it kinda feels like he honestly just wants to hang out with his friends and play games but can’t since he’s the bad guy and he doesn’t know how to what do you guys think?

I beat the game once and only once; I got the bad ending. I never went back to get the good one, because I was satisfied. I've played so many games, watched so many movies and T.V shows where the heroes win. It felt good to finally see the bad guy win for a change. One good villain in a sea of second-rates, if you ask me.

This animation pretty much made it clear that the good ending was the canon ending because during the song crow is struggling wether he wants to succeed in world domination or not because he was forced into the role because of his family being air pirates and of course in some of the cutscenes and gameplay it should him not being that much of a bad guy not a full bad guy but just someone who's a little bit of one because of the bonding with princes and Prince

SPOILERS BTW Funny thing when I was playing Nefarious back then, I tried (and thought there would be) to reach an ending that never existed in the game, it was what I, as Crow, would purposely do in case I was wearing his shoes. During the final fight, opting to go in for the evilest of finales, I thought maybe a good way to maintain the status quo, would be to let Mack win after he achieved his Hyper form. That way, we'd subconciously feed the small light that was visible in Crow's many usually affably personality towards his crew and even the princesses, and still maintain the balance, having gotten close to the final objective but being stopped by the hero, was the perfect way to end it all, even if from the looks of the fight, not even that final form of his was trully enough, but preventing this same very emptyness he's feeling during his song. Either that, or I wish him and Megamind could attend the bad guys's therapy group in Wreck It Ralph 😂😂

I like this. It's great. If I could offer one bit of constructive criticism, the lines sung by the cloud (I assume it's supposed to be Crow's father) feel like they'd fit Becky better, though I understand having a male voice coming from her would be odd, so I see why you chose this set-up.
