So let me see if I can piece together a story here... Crow and Becky go to a nightclub known as “Villain’s Lair” to unwind and have some fun with other bad guys. They run into Black Hat and his crew there and it seems he and Crow see each other as rivals in the villain world. Rather than fight off the bat, they have a contest to try and drink each other under the table. Things go decently enough until Flug accidentally trips a waitress and causes a chain reaction that sends the entire bars inhabitants to get into the mother of all bar fights! Seeking to diffuse the situation and get their bosses to chill out, Becky and Flug let the captured heroes loose and give Crow and Black Hat a reason to work together. Am I in the ball park?

I really like how Nefarious and Villainous co-exist, but are pretty much the same but also completly different. In Nefarious is about videogame villains and Villainous is about cartoon villains, there are a lot of differences.

I just can imagine even black hat struggling to tie up Kirby. Like the other heroes I can imagine being easily overwhelmed, but Kirby is a powerhouse, to get him tied up I would have love to see that. Also no Meta knight? C'mon man, he plays more of the villain than DDD, look at the K. Rool trailer for smash ultimate again, it's more focus on MK vs Kirby. Also no flowey in one of the tables? Buu. But it was awesome regardless.

Bluedark Darklin well he’s not really a villain has he ever tried to anything a villain would do he hasn’t stole anything and or kidnapped anyone and hasn’t done anything wrong

Neither Meta Knight nor Dedede are really villains. Dark Matter / Zero is probably the most consistently evil character in Kirby. Most of the fights with Dedede have been while he's under the influence of Dark Matter or some other force (like Yin Yarn or Taranza).
