Maybe you didn't know, but when they discovered their mom cheating, the brother refused to go on living in her house in the valley. Rob offered to take both KS and her brother in, and that's why they were both living in his big Los Feliz house at the time she was caught with Rupert. They had been living their since March, 2012, so it only took 4 months before she got caught with Rupert. She's still cheating on her lesbian lovers, so what did she learn from cheating on Rob? That she could get away with it and suffer no consequences. She didn't become a better person, she thinks the rules don't apply to her. You can be her fan, you can go see her movies, that's all fine.
