TWD casting Negan's real life wife to play Lucille added so much to the Negan episode. It's definitely a top 10 episode of the entire show, maybe even top 5, and it allows us as viewers to maybe not fully forgive him, but to at least understand and accept him.

Negan is definitely the the character that kept some essential "Leading Man" energy on the show when Rick left. None of the other male characters have enough screen presence to fill those particular boots, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan is wonderfully charismatic, even if the character has a dark side. Absolutely loved His episode, felt like a whole season in one serving. 💖

Hilary Burton did so amazing in this episode, so did JDM too of course. I really enjoyed seeing them act together

It was slightly different watching the show weekly as it came out. I personally liked Negan more at this stage/season 11 as season 7/8 was released 3 years before this point so there was more time for him to grow on you.

Yeah for sure, the only reason people actually think he was "redeemed" in anyway is because time heals, and people just forgot the shit he did. I'm able to look at it as a whole though and I'd still be happy if he died.

2~ Things..... 1~ Negan's Real Wife (Hilary) Played Lucille, His Son Also Played A Part As A Walker Boy At The Fence When The Older Kids Were Teasing The Walkers A Few Episodes Earlier In S11, After Michonne Had Already Left To Look For Rick... 2~ After S11 Ended (Seven) Who Plays Dog Passed Away A Few Months Later, When {Daryl} Norman Reedus Found Out He Was Sick With Cancer He Spent Everyday With Him & His Family, Even On Occasion Taking Him 2-3 Times A Week Just So He Could Have Alone Time & Hang Out With Seven......... Daryl's Cat Didn’t Like It But He Did It Anyway's.... He Posted Tons Of Pictures Of Them On His IG Page, He Was Also With Seven & The Family The Day Seven Passed Away, The Family Had Him Cremated & Gave Daryl Some Of His Ashes & Pictures That He Keep In His Home In The Open.... It Was A Sad Day For Everyone, Even Some Of The Cast Members When They Found Out Seven Passed Away. He Was Only 9 Years Old, But It Was The Type Of Cancer He Had Where Nothing Could Be Done To Make Him Better, They Were Only Able To Make Seven As To Where His Pain Was Under Control. Norman Paid All His Vet Visits, Vet Bill's, & His Medications He Was On.... He Passed Away June/2024 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 RIP {Seven} Dog.

Negan AND Alpha were the best characters of this season IMO. Doesn't mean they were the most 'loved' but the best acted, best written, most interesting to watch. BTW, the actress playing Lucille is his real life wife.

Yeah heres negan was fire, he may of killed of some of our favourites but man seeing why he was what he was humanised and made it so much better. I love Negan I think he is a complex and great character.

The thing is the dislike for his character is rooted in who he was a character in S7-8. They have tried to retcon that which is why people don't think his character is well-written

It’s really crazy how long Negan has come from when we meet him for the first time , he is one hell of a character. When we first meet him and he killed Glen and Abraham we all thought that he was evil but then as time went on we realized that he was actually broken and not so bad compared to the other villain’s of the show , he was a bad guy when we first meet him but he wasnt evil , there’s a diffreince between bad and evil , Negan was a broken bad guy with rules while the other’s were chaotic pure evil. Yes , yes , i know that there are some people who think that he was always a bad guy since he cheated on Lucille , but to be fair , we dont know all the fact’s , and let’s not forget that Negan and Lucille were having some problem’s since he got fired from his job , and that must havd made their rdlationship fall off , and for all we know Lucille’s friend was probably the one who made the first move on Negan , i dont Negan was tge one who made the first move , he probsbly got seduced by her , who know’s. But anyway , my point is that Negan is a complex character , complex people do one thing and the next thing they do anothor , there’s no point in complaining , before the apocalipse Negan was a decent man but then he lost his job , made a mistake by cheating , then fixed it but then his wife died wich lead to him becoming a monster , and now he’s back somewhat to decent.

Bet you're one of the people who judged Lori for what happened between her and Shane, when she thought Rick was dead, which wasn't cheating. You can't cheat on a dead person. But it's ok for Negan to actually cheat on his wife with her friend. Double standard much. Oh and cheating isn't a mistake, it takes more effort to cheat than it does to work on your relationship imo.

Also you're just speculation about why he cheated and that her friend might have been the one to seduce him. He could have said no, I'm sure she didn't force him. Negan is a piece of 💩 always was, didn't take the world to end to make him that way.

@@nh9894Read my comment again , im not saying that Negan is a saint , im just saying that he’s complex , he shouldnt have cheated on his wife but then fixed it , Lucille said it herself thar he made up for it. And beside’s if Negan was really a bad guy/husband , dont you think that Lucille would have left him the moment she found out about the cheating , she clearly gave him a second chance cause she knew that Negan still had good him , and let’s not forget that they were going through some problem’s since Negan got fured from his job , relationship’s can get complicated sometime’s , they were probably really cute toogether before he beat that guy at the bar.

@yll7570 she probably didn't have much choice but to stay, considering she was just diagnosed with cancer and the world basically ended not long after. Also going through things in a marriage/relationship is never an excuse to cheat, talk to each other, try to work it out or separate it's that simple.

Look , there’s no need to think all the negative’s about Negan , he’s an asshole , always has been , always will be , but on the positive side , he was never worse or as bad as the other villain’s of tge show , Negan had rules but the other’s were just chaotic , especially The Governor , we shouldnt forget how chaotic The Governor was. And beside’s , if Negan was really so bad , i dont think that the writter’s of this would have wasted their time to give him a redemtion arc , they clearly made him a redemtion arc to show us that he wasnt so bad like the other villain’s , Carl and Judith saw that.

Carol vs Rat....riveting television 😂easily the WORST episode of TWD But then we get Here's Negan and its WILD that these were both filmed with the same Covid Guidelines. Here's Negan is one of the best episodes of the series.

10x21 with Carol was probably the worst episode of the entire series. It's understandable because of the pandemic but it could totally be skipped though. 😂
