I'd say they're similar in some ways, but that the differences outweigh the similarities (at least from Bossanova and before, I'm not really all that familiar with much of the Pixies stuff after Kim Deal left). I feel that the Pixies are a lot more Garage-y and "raw" while Radiohead has a much more refined technical and thought out sound. Not that one is necessarily better than the other
