आपको सुनते वक्त ऐसा लगता है की आप सारी मेरी मन की बात को समझ ले रही है और उसका solution बता रही है। मेरे मन में बहुत सारी नेगेटिव thought आते रहते हैं। और मैं मन में ही उनसे लड़ रहा होता हु जिसके कारण मुझे खुशी नही मिलती चिड़ चिड़ा पन सा बना रहता है। और भी कई बुरी आदतों सी मैं addicted हो गया हूँ। 😢😢😢

मैंने यह अनुभव किया है कि कमजोरो को ही सहन करना होता है। गुस्सा दबाना पड़ता है। कयोकि जो ताकत वर है। वह तो अपनी ताकत का गलत इस्तेमाल करेगा ही। वह गुस्सा अपने से कमजोर पर ही दिखाएगा। यह एक सच है आज क ई घरों में औरतों को, लडकियों को, बैटियो को प्रताड़ित किया जाता है।

Mam mujhe ocd ka problem hai 2years se but psychiatrist ke paas dikha rahe hai every month 5000 lete hai and ham jab bolte hai ki mujhe counseling se sahi hona tab doctor bolte hai ki tum medicine se hi sahi hoga aur mujhe paisa ka bahut problem hai kya kare mam apka video se sahi kare ya doctor ke pas jaye but mere pas paisa ka bahut sikar hai mai student hu mam please reply mam please

Madam I've recently started watching your videos on mental diseases. I've watched about 50 of them. The thing is that my son of 22 years old is in a severe depression since last 3 years. He is taking treatment under a psychiatrist but his condition is not changed a least. His symptoms resembles with OCD as I've seen so many videos on ocd posted by you. His compulsions are constantly changing. He remains asleep most of time and eats more than his usual diet and takes almost one hour to finish his meal. He is spitting all around continuously. We are tired of him. Life seems hell to us . Please help us. We reside in remote hilly area of uttrakhand.
