Sir purane 2-3 months ki gstr 3b negative figure ko amendment kar ke adjust kar sakte hai 3b mein. aaj hi apka video dekha hai please reply applicable on old gst3b filed this year. Please reply.

Hello sir, My brother who is a private employee switched company in June 2023 after working with previous employer for more than 4 years. He received leave encashment of about 4 lacs from previous employer. Is leave encashment amount taxable or is it exempted ? Kindly clarify.
