Hi loves,
This is a little bit of a different video. To be honest it was tough to record this, but I really wanted to make a contribution because when I was going through infertility struggles, these kind of videos helped me out. So, here is our fertility journey. It is a lot of information but if my story can help a few women that is good enough. We personally went through a lot of things these past one and a half year including IVF, but in the end we got pregnant naturally. As mentioned in the video this is my story and every story is different. So, one of the big tips I am giving is to find a really good fertility doctor that can help you out in this process, but more about this in the video.
Much love,
Negin

That’s why you should never ask a couple “when are going to have a baby” You never know what’s their situation and how much your “simple” question can hurt them. Ps.Happy for you two. Congratulations 🤗🥳

Hi Sara, you are so right. But not only because it can hurt. Just simply it is nobody‘s business. Maybe some couples do not want children which is also absolutely ok and their personal decision. On the contrary, we should be thankful for them as well as one of the biggest problems humanity is facing is overpopulation. In 2050 we won‘t have enough food for everybody (and I‘m not talking about unequal distribution). We will not have enough food per se, unless we come up with some solutions in agriculture etc….so all this pressure society is putting especially on women is absolute non-sense and in the future it might even turn around.

The fact that you had to explain yourself so much in the beginning of the video because there are people that feel the need to be hateful is heartbreaking. Infertility is an issue that really should be adressed more and you should be so proud for sharing your journey❤️ sending you and your growing family good vibes🥰

Hey Negin! I am 28 years old and the tests showed an AMH level of 0.07. I was desperate, I found out about this by accident and do not have a partner to have a baby now, but would like to do it in the future. You gave me hope that anything is possible! You and my doctor who said everything would work out! Thank you very much! We really need to know more about our women's health as early as possible! Thank you for sharing your story, it will help many women! Happiness to you! Congratulations!

@johannabaumgartner

@@lupsy54 Anybody can do an AMH test, it is more expensive than the normal blood test though. But what Negin said is right. Normally, as all her doctors said, an AMH level can not rise again once it is down. I was in the situation - much older than Negin though - and that was what I was told……but after hearing this story from Negin I would always also check the Prolactin as there seems to be a correlation, at least in some rare cases…

@@g.s.632 It is really important to give hope, but you should not promise things you can not influence or do not know enough about. I have been there myself and I have not had a Happy End. So be careful with easily said promises. It is much more important to give hope also beyond the dream of a child….women are valuable whether they are mothers or not. We should not forget that! But one should not give up hope before having really tried everything possible!

@@johannabaumgartner you are right however be respectful when you address someone. I am not responsible for what goes on in people’s lives. It is less harmful when it comes from me as a human being rather than a doctor. A lot of doctors either tear people down or give them false promises « you’ll have a baby one way or the other ». So alright, I only wrote three words which you not only didn’t agree with but also made you angry, it wasn’t my goal. I think you should give your mind to the doctors and not me.

I’m so sorry your first fertility doctor caused such heartache for you. There is so much misinformation about AMH. It is NOT a direct measurement of how many eggs you have left, it measures something about how your body is effectively preparing eggs each month (something like that). In any case, your AMH number CAN change. I started with a .2, and then focused on reducing stress and being healthier, and brought my number up to .67 in about 3 months. Also, egg quality matters, not just the number of eggs. Yes AMH goes down overall over time as we get older, but we can still have hope even if the number is low. So happy for you and thank you for sharing your journey ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for sharing. I am so happy for you both. I've just gone through another 2 years of failed IVF. It's the end of the journey for us. I can't continue anymore as we have been trying for almost 4 years and I am now over 40. I've kept it all a secret because of how much pressure people add on my husband and I. That's been the worst part of it all. It's been a very hard, sad and heartbreaking journey. I'm glad there are people like yourself who share their journey. I appreciate how difficult it is for you to do so and I'm very grateful. Congratulations, wishing you continuous joy and smooth pregnancy. Much love xx

Immediately i contacted him, told him my story, he cast a pregnancy spell for me and conceive after having it with my husband.. i am now a mother of a handsome baby boy.. Many thanks to great Priest Ose.. if you're out there passing through similar issues don't be shy to call or WhatsApp him on: number: +2347030559372 or click on his page: facebook.com/Spiritual-helperspell-caster-100496481599995/

I was 31 and ready to start a family when I found out I had a pituitary microadenoma. After going on the prolactin meds for about 4-5 months, we found out we were preganant. Had a boy. Went back in the prolactin meds a few years later for our second baby. Had a girl. And then we had our 3rd baby without even going on the meds again. Apparently pregnancy hormones sometimes help to kill off the tumor naturally. (And every time you get pregnant, the tumor can shrink due to your pregnancy hormones and then grow again in a different way after pregnancy.) I hope that happens for you too (that the tunor shrinks and totally goes away). Wishing you all the best! You will have beautiful babies 💖

Thank you for sharing your story and journey! I went through about 2.5 years of infertility myself, and two cycles of IVF. My issue was a balanced translocation (making most of my eggs not chromosomally normal) however I did not know this for the first 1.5 years, so I was like you and googling everything, educating myself, self diagnosing myself with everything (lol) but yeah it was a tough journey with lots of tears and I know the feeling of a failed IVF/not making it to the transfer is so hard. Thankfully when we did transfer, it stuck and our son is now almost 7 months old and such a blessing! Looking back on my journey I appreciate what I went through as weird as that sounds (however its because I got my happy ending - had it of not ended well I would not be this positive). I do think its made me a better mom than what I would of been without fertility struggles because I have that extra gratitude. I also used to watch a lot of youtube videos on people struggling with this and their journeys, so I am sure you sharing this is helping SO many people. I am so excited for you guys and excited to see you both become parents! Baby is lucky to have you both

Especially facial water retention (which she talked about very often in her videos), weight gain without eating more, SEVERE headache attacks (but this must not be for everyone), blurry vision due to the location of the pituitary gland in the brain - the tumor can damage the Nervus Opticus. Amenorrhea or irregular periods… but it also depends which kind of adenoma you have - if it releases hormones or not. For example Negins tumor secrets the hormone prolactin. But your tumour can also release hormones like cortisol (then you have cushings disease) or growth hormone (acromegaly). If your tumour does not release any hormones it tends to grow faster and shuts down the function of your pituitary gland - then there is the danger of experiencing addison crisis.. I hope I explained it well 💗 So this is some serious stuff Negin had to go through - it takes a lot of strength to share ! ❣️

Wow, what a story! When you said that your AMH was so low at the beginning I was like, OMG! Having been there myself and also having been told that once the AMH is down, there is nothing one can do to increase it. It would really be interesting if they could tell you what made it go up????? That is really puzzling. I went through the same hell as you….except there was no happy ending for me/us. But then again, I am and back then was much older than you. But I also want to give other women some reassurance and comfort. Even if like myself, you should not be as lucky as Negin and Mauritz and not end up having a child, do not despair! You can still find happiness and lead a happy life. There are so many facets to life, life is fantastic and beautiful. You have to find a way to look at all the other opportunities and good things there are out there. Having been there myself I know how hard it is and it is difficult to believe that there can be a happy and fulfilled life without children…..but there definitely is! Love to all of you out there going through this!

AMH does not provide a precise answer about how many viable eggs we have left and the times it “goes up” is when the first or even second test is inaccurate and female hormones are notoriously difficult to test accurately. It’s likely the first result was inaccurate. My sister was in the same position as Negin with PCOS on top of it and I helped her conceive naturally with herbal and nutritional support and after 6+ years of her trying with no luck, after our work she fell pregnant in 3 months and my baby nephew was born 5 months ago. I don’t have children myself, but I’m much older and you’re right, we can have a wonderful, fulfilled life without children and there really are so many healing/natural fertility options for women out there nowadays to help women struggling with fertility xo

Thank u for posting this! My husband and I also struggled for over 4 years and went through 4 failed IVF rounds (2 of which resulted in early miscarriage). Sadly, we are told that our issue is due to low sperm and not much can be done. I'm already 37 and tired of going through this so I've made peace with it, and just like you, know that there are other joys in life and ways to feel fulfilled without children - especially during times like these and what the world is like, I think, maybe it's not so bad ☺️

@@talael-bakri3531 Hi Tala, I‘m so sorry you had to go through all of this! But I’m so with you and you seem to be a strong woman and couple! COVID made it also easier for me to make peace with it and to see all my friends with children who struggled. We are godparents of really nice girls and I‘m focusing on this and it is a great joy. Also, I want to contribute making this world a better place. I‘m just in the beginning of launching my own YT channel and want to focus on presenting lifestyle products of small, unknown, responsible producers. I want to fight over-consumption, the risk for people to go into private dept (spending their money on overpriced luxury items no one really needs) but also help protect our planet from materials such as polyester etc. Where are you from, what are you up to? Would love to hear from you. Maybe we could also do video together, an online interview for women like us, to give them hope? What do you think? I wish you and your husband all the best! Johanna

@@katiethriveshine Hi Katie, you are right. I made several tests though, I also did TCM, acupuncture and what not….but I was definitely to old. Because I conceived and lost it really early and the 2 IVF I went through also ended with chromosomal issues…one has also to know when to stop. And I‘m thankful for my life, my loving husband whom I met late in life (but I‘m happy I waited for the right one to come along and not let me pressure)….and life has so much to offer and I can give a lot of love and other contributions without being a mother…I think that for women it is also very difficult to know if they really want children or if they want unconsciously because of how we were brought up and the pressure of society. Look how many parents especially women complained during COVID about their surely difficult situation with the kids…home schooling etc. I think it is high time we stop judging women by facts like being married (at all, early enough etc.) or if they are mothers or not. Nobody does that with men. And there is nothing wrong with not being married and not being a mother. Everybody has the right to their own life concept. And it is surely better to stay alone, or at least not married, than marrying the wrong partner for the wrong reasons as it would end up in pain. It upsets me so much! I might upload a video on this on my channel even if it is not my core subject, but it is so important! Have a good day! And you can be very proud of yourself that you were able to help your sister. Prolactin is very important for the body and sadly not talked about enough. My mom has hyperprolactinemia and experienced menopause symptoms earlier than expected (your menstruation can completely stop). She was given meds and the prolactin levels dropped. I'm in my twenties and due to anxiety my prolactin levels have shot up in the last 3 years (genetics may come into play here as well). Stress can definitely mess with our bodies in ways we only realize later. Congrats, Negin!

Same happend to me, just normal doctor check up before planning to try for a baby, they found out my prolactin was three time higher then it should be. They sent me to MRI, found a cyst 6 mm and 8 months later here I am on my Dostinex hoping it will drop down and I will stay pregnant.

I have been absolutely distraught as we approach my wife's last & final (3rd) FET transfer next week. The thought that I may never be a mother due to my endometriosis and my wife's struggle with IVF is so crippling, it's hard to continue on when you just keep failing treatments. She has prolactinomas, has lost so much hair from the treatments (however we LOVE love love love love love gisou and it has tremendously helped to keep the hair she has looking so healthy). The trauma we have been though for nearly 2 years has been crippling, she miscarried twins, we have both been through so much, so much testing, so many cycles, my wife's had shots daily for over a year. It's too much. My point of saying all of this is that this video was so helpful in getting me over the hump until we try again. I applaud you for your vulnerability and I'm so sorry you had to go through any of this.

Negin, I have been following you for some years already and watch your videos religiously. In one of your videos you said you were going through something and you didn’t feel comfortable sharing about it yet, i was super sad because your voice broke and you appeared very emotional. I somehow thought it was related to fertility and so when I learned you were pregnant, I tear up of happiness. I love you and your little family, you and Mau seem very kind hearted, super loving, kind, and super smart, I am extremely happy for you two and cannot wait to meet your little angel, you look gorgeous pregnant 😍 thank you for opening up and sharing your story with us, there is definitely a lot to learn from your experience. You are so brave Negin 💪🏼

I have the exact same issues with AMH and Prolactin as you did. I am 24 and not yet planing on having children and thank God we caught the issue on time so that we could control AMH via birth control pill until I decide to get pregnant some day. Please all girls and women check your health, find a doctor that takes time to check you and do exams and be aware of such issues. AMH is irreversible yes, but if you know you have a problem with it at an earlier state then you have more options. Thank you Negin for sharing your story. Sending you so much love. Looking forward to seeing you and Mau as parents. Be calm and do not worry, everything will be totally fine and amazing for you! ❤❤❤

What a journey! Congratulations to you both!! I’m so very very happy for you! For me, motherhood has been THE best thing in my life. And yes, I definitely believe your story (and others like it) will help other women who are struggling with fertility issues. As you said at the beginning of the video, it’s important that we talk more about this topic and be more open about it. So I’m glad you took the time to put your story out there. I know soooo many women who are currently struggling with fertility and desperately trying to get pregnant. When I think about it, I’m so extra grateful (and surprised) that I didn’t have any such issues myself. I was 37 yrs old when I married, 38 when I had my first baby, and 40 when I had my second. When I think about it, I’m just so fortunate that I had no problems conceiving because I could’ve likely had many problems. I also suffered with endometriosis and recurring ovarian cysts (which ultimately resulted in a necessary hysterectomy in my 40’s, with removal of both ovaries as well). So I often think back with wonder and amazement and thank the Lord that I was able to quickly and easily conceive when I did.

You're amazingly humble for sharing this. Which you shouldn't feel you have to. Glad you are able to. Doctors are great but there is alt they don't learn and therefore question us for asking the questions. It's shockingly insightful to find a doctor who is open minded who WANTS to put in the work to answer the questions even the ones they do not have answers to. That journey alone is difficult. Thank you again for sharing this.

Congratulations ! Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy. Went through fertility issues after naturally having a baby without a problem 8 years ago and I definitely relate to the fact that the most difficult part in the journey is to keep going and mobilise positivity and hope over and over again every step of the way. I don’t think it’s a fair warning you get from doctors at the beginning of your experience… that is why vidéos like this one are so important. Even if you get bad news in the beginning, make it a habit to cross check Info, seek second third fourth opinions, research the best professionals in your area etc until you find a professional you feel comfortable with to start the process. Good luck to all the couples out there ✨

I’m glad you are showing everyone how human you are and that not everything is as perfect as it looks. God knew that you two would make great parents and blessed you with a little angel. & from someone who has worked in medical facilities, you are not alone to almost want something to be wrong so there is something that could be done or fixed. You see this a lot in the ED.

You made my day literally :) Me and partner are going through the same experience and has been really difficult specially for me to cope with all these bad feelings and move on with my life at the same time… I also feel like that we all suffer in silence and doesn’t help at all as we consider this subject very private and confidential…maybe we feel embarrassed talking about this with other people as well…anyway my prolactin is also higher than normal and thanks to you today I sent an email to my doctor to ask about this…who knows :) I think the hardest part of this journey is to stay positive and believe that is gonna happen but the uncertainty sometimes takes over with the few negative pregnancy tests… I wish all the girls in the world good luck if you are trying to conceive or experiencing the infertility journey! And one day i hope I can be pregnant too ❤️ Thank you so much for sharing this with us and please make another video about that!

Hello from 🇯🇵. I totally empathize with you. I've been through infertility struggle and did IVF at 20's and it destroyed me mentally. Throughout all the checkups the clinic didn't find any definite reason for my infertility. Now I'm blessed with a healthy baby and I can't thank all the blessings enough. But looking back, I kind of feel like I believed the information on the internet too much, assuming something was "wrong" with my body because I couldn't get pregnant in 1 year which is deemed as "normal" on the internet. I thank the clinic of course for bringing my baby, but I sometimes wonder what if I had trusted my body more.
