Honestly I can say its time and time within our life, family, children, multiple cars, it can happen. You'll push it aside and say "next time" then that adds up. Or if garaged all the time or if you pay for a garage and own one for such a long time you know it will be ok and safe. My exterior never got that far like the evo 9 in this video but by the looks of it, thats just 3-6 months of being in a shared garage that gets moved in and out the way

In my opinion the best away to strip any old wax or sealant is polish . Doesn’t have to be anything crazy, light pass should clean everything off then a quality panel prep and you’re ready.
