Neglected Turnips in the Greenhouse got Huge!

I planted these turnips in the late Summer/early Fall. They've been in the greenhouse for a while and we only harvest when we need them. It's amazing that it can grow into huge sizes if you let leave them on the ground. The texture's crunchy and still taste like turnips! I made fermented turnips / Turnips Kimchi.
