Hi sir endorsement means now say for an example I'm giving a cheque to you. You signed at back and give to your friends as gift. Hence as you sign it means Endorse ( ஒப்புதல் ) to give your friend. Am I right sir?

Endorsement is an order to pay as given in the endorsement. Example. B makes an endorsement as below: Pay to A or order It means, the cheque or billnof exchange has to be paid to A or any person in whose favour A makes an endorsement.

Third party ku order check kodutha.. endorsement pannanuma ..if a is holder of account .he gives order cheque in favour of b.. Then he must endorse in back side of cheque?

If A issued a cheque to B by writing Pay to B or order, on the face of the cheque, then no endorsement is required. If B is giving the cheque to some other person, then endorsement is required. Example: Pay to C or order on the reverse of the cheque.

Order cheque endorsement required. By practice, endorsement is at the back of the instrument.
