​If you are an outside Maharashtra resident and you have your jee mains score then you can directly apply for Mhtcet counselling with it..since 15% seats are reserved for outsiders... So there wasn't and there isn't any need to give mhtcet exam outsiders ko ..because they will still give more preference to jee main score than your mhtcet score agar diya bhi hota to @@namanpandya264
