Maam i think you cant use the second condition at 3:34:00 because 5 may also be less than the vertex as in the question it is mentioned that 5 should be outside the roots and can be to the left of the parabola

My illness, coupled with the delay in my OBC-NCL certificate, has been quite stressful. I've been trying to clarify if my previous certificate, issued on 22nd February 2024, would be valid, as OBC certificates are generally valid for a year.
