Oat flour is suitable for those who have an allergy to gluten or are suffering from IBS, hence I try and bake more with this. If you do try to make, buy the whole oats ma'am and then blender them to get the flour. That's how I do it. Thanks again ma'am, I'll try more of your cookie recipes 🙏💞
