When we are physically strong and healthy we are more able to be strong emotionally as well but when we are sick and dying physically our emotional needs change. Have you ever cared for someone sick and dying. It’s a time in life when we need for people to gather around us and support us. Now you could say no one owes that to you and I would agree! That’s what makes it so loving when someone sees your need and unselfishly sacrifices what they are under no legal obligation to sacrifice. That’s what is so special about love. It is an unselfish exercise of our free will. And it is why freedom is so important. Without our free will we could not express love and love is what makes life worth living. Anyway. She is the kind of neighbor I like to have and thankfully where I live I’m surrounded by loving people like that.

Notice how calmly and apologetically he approached the subject, and he asked so politely after giving a short explanation of the reason. I actually would have felt offended that my neighbor put me in such a position to have to dignify that request !
