This was another great video that I enjoy watching. I am so proud of Walter. A lot of the youth will go into a life of crime to purchase something that they want. Walter decided that he wanted to work hard for the game system. Mr. Frank was very disrespectful and uncompassionate. Mr. Frank did not have to abuse the 911 system. Walter was not committing any crimes against his neighbors. Also, there are STILL some dedicated Police Officers in this world. The officer took the time to communicate with Walter instead of arresting him. The officer was very understanding and polite to give Walter more than enough money to purchase the game system. The moral of the story is to be kind to others. You never know what someone is going through.
