That yard was a big mess! You had so much debris to drag out front by yourself. That neighbor in the back should have removed his tree debris. You could have cut it off and thrown it back over on his property! Some people are just jerks. Leaving their mess for their neighbor! You've done a wonderful job on this property! Good job!

Yeah, but if the debris that was left on this property was thrown back over to the neighbors yard, that puts you in the same frame as the neighbor, so it's a conundrum. Two wrongs don't make a right, as tempting as it is . 😁 Great job ! ❤

This guys an AWSOME worker! He’s really diligent. Attention to detail. Why don’t landlords maintain their gardens. It’s crazy. They could get more rent if it was continuously well maintained. It makes a difference to the quality of tenants as well! ( speaking from a landlords perspective.)

If NZ is like Australia, you are not allowed to put Cordyline leaves in the green waste. Need to go to garbage dump. It gets caught in machinery as well as not rotting down to mulch.

I love watching your work and I watch a lot of guys do what you do. I think it turned out great. I would of like to of seen more of the trees pruned back especially that one by the fence that is 12 feet tall. Also one in front of window. Big tree needed pruned up plus all those bushes needed cut down along the back. I don’t know if maybe you can do a second video and go back and really prune up all the trees and take out trees that will ruin fences if full grown that sort of thing. You did a lot of work though. I commend you on that. If a yard is too big most of the guys put it in 2 or 3 or some even 5 videos.

The yard was a total mess and you worked very hard to bring it to a reasonable end but why did you leave all the “trees “ and other woody weeds all over the house and fences? The one on the corner of the house by the driveway is the worst one. It covers the windows and reaches the gutters scraping the paint and surfaces. In general you made a big difference but I know you could do better.
