Neighbor's Dogs Bark All Night Long 5-27-24

In this particular video I decided to record the dogs barking at my neighbor's house, the same neighbor who has the dilapidated wood fence that is leaning and parts have fallen into my yard. I been documenting the fence on video and pictures since I purchased my property in 2021. I decided it would be good idea to also document the dogs barking in the middle of the night when they should be inside the house as my own dog is. When my dog goes out at night he usually just goes potty and comes right back inside and goes back to sleep. If he is outside at night and starts barking I go out immediately to see what he is barking at, I call him and he stops barking and comes inside. I do that in the daytime too, I wish other people would be as considerate. If you live in close proximity to a neighbor it is common curtesy to be mindful of noises you make or your animals make, especially at night when others may be trying to sleep.
