Spencer. Here is a fun fact about turtles. They only travel 1 to 2 miles from their home base. If the kids relocate the turtle outside of that 2 miles, the turtle will try to make its way back to "home". Also, did you know that the shell has nerves and other things attached? Therefore, it can feel it when someone is petting its shell!! Another great video!! 🙂🙂🙂

@Feng, It doesn’t really matter how much he makes. He’s helping out people and neighborhoods and putting in a lot of hard work. If you want to do something like that you can. If I could do that I would but I can’t even be outside when someone else cuts my grass because of allergies. I used to be able to until the grass allergy started. It only flairs up when grass is being cut so whenever my or any of my close neighbors are getting their grass cut I am inside or leave home.

Our neighborhood has an abandoned house without windows. Has high grass and weeds. I’m pretty sure the city owns it now for back taxes! I’m disabled, have to hire the grass cut our home! There’s many older ones in this neighborhood. The city charges you if you don’t keep your grass cut. Adds it onto your property taxes if they cut it. $60 each time, but they haven’t cut this property grass yet. 🙄

Real estate is so wildly different in the southern US than compared to up here in Canada. To me it's crazy just to see a house like that one abandoned in the middle of the suburbs. In the Toronto area, a house like that would sell for over 1 million dollars (CDN), and then get bulldozed and have a larger, newer house built on that lot.

@Vickie: usually it's all a neighbor can do to keep up HIS OWN yard. In my case, we are in our 70s and 80s and have to hire out a lawn service for our yard and don't even own a mower. Not all neighbors are able to mow their neighbor's yard, and some people work multiple jobs and don't have much time left. Spencer is a godsend.
