When I was in Scouts you had to do some sort of project related to Community Service to get the Awards or merit badges. Suburbia USA is financially unsustainable. not enough people (tax payers) live in areas made for cars.. the amount of roads / pavements / cables / plumbing etc that has to be maintained is immense, so usually they finance it with land sales and once the homes are build, people move in, they never have funding for maintenance, except the bare minimum. That's why the USA looks so crappy country-wide.

Simple. After taking care of the wealthy neighborhoods and padding their own paychecks, there isn't enough money left over to care for the poor neighborhoods. Holy smokes. I need a nap after this one MS. Sheesh. I mow anywhere from 5 acre lots to 20 acre lots for free. I use a John Deere 3038E with a 6' brush hog (rotary cutter) to get the job done. I have people constantly asking me if I would mow their fields, and I DO IT. I am not sure why. Diesel is expensive, but the payback is priceless. Guess that is my answer. At 71 I am STILL happy to help those who can't maintain their areas. I may not be as detailed but the property owners are ALWAYS grateful. Makes it all worth doing.

I commented to Sean in a couple of past videos that it would be really nice if he would periodically include his wife and/or kids in these weekly excursions as he mows, cuts, edges, trims, cleans, repairs and the myriad of other things he accomplishes. We are already treated to so many more fast moving acts of accomplishment in his segments than we see in those of others who perform this same type of work. Now, in addition for those of us who are family oriented, his having included family members in the last two videos really completes the circle. It shows their support for what he is doing, and makes us feel as though we are all part of a pleasurable life's adventure together. Real class...

That way more people could contribute if they didn't want to spend $50 or more but wanted to help you out. For example $ 5 needs 50. $10 needs 50 $20 needs 30 $25 needs 20 That way someone could pick one for their budget to contribute and help you buy stuff you need to do what you do. Personally, I have bought off peoples wish lists. If not, I use paypal. I read youtube donations going to the channel are 70% and youtube keeps 30% of each dollar donated. That's why I like paypal. You get it all.

1000% better. The city should be taking care of this. A city crew would have taken 2 weeks to do this. And not as well as you did it. Thank you for your compassion!❤❤

Still the #1 Lawn & Property Transformation guy on KZbin. Has a precious wife, and adorable daughters to boot. 🌸🌿🌸🌿🌸 I'm sure you did 4 rounds of garbage pick-up in this video. I enjoyed how you've figured out transforming sidewalks due to all your back-breaking videos on sidewalks. Not only do you transform private property, but public property as well. You always clean up the grass clippings unlike many. You pick up trash, trim bushes and trees, edge, trim, mow, power wash, repair and more. Still love the aerial footage, too. Thank you for all that you do!

Crap they can’t seem to clean it let alone fix anything. The mayor should be ashamed of the public work he does for free and award him financially to continue his work if the city isn’t going to look after their people

I see that as viewers of Stockman we tell him thank you and tell him how much we appreciate his caring for his community, but have we become so entitled that people that talk to him can’t say thank you? Stockman you are a great person may God continue to bless you and get you passed 100K subscribers. Thank you 🙏🏼🌟🌹😊!

1 sidewalk does not make a neighborhood. But I'd agree if you said that it made that particular crossroads better.

Some of these side walks are on what is abandoned property. They are bank owned, not city owned. Therefore the financial institution should be keeping the property safe and passable. The fact Sean is doing this freely with his time and $$$ is wonderful. The effort to upkeep and make safety a priority is a blessing on this community.

I think you're the king of buried sidewalks (and your city hall is the court jester). I saw the effort you put in to uncover the sidewalk at the community garden. Knowing as you did the work involved, you're a real knight in shining armor to do it again! Great work!!
