Abandoned town can have had a mass exodus due to contamination. I can’t remember the name but it was in the news in the 70’s. It was built on contaminated landfill. Home buyers were not informed. After families settled in many got sick and died then an investigation was done and the soil was contaminated with cancer causing chemicals.

Love Canal is still uninhabitable to this day!

Oh wow, at 18:18, You picked up something running, its small, pale brown and looks like its running upright, right under where your hand is pointing, its 'head' appears out of the long grass and it sprints from there across to the left of screen where it seems to disappear! Search haunted locations in your area or state. I think sometimes they're just traveling through areas and my come across abandoned locations. Other times they must research, to find most of them.
