Love how you interact with the kids. Want to be a blogger? Here. Do it. Go. Yet soft and easy when they are teaching you. What shocked me is when the girl didn't know how the water dispenser worked. Even in the city they live without most convinces. Great vid Derek.

as a chef i done this type of thing many times, it can be done with any fruit, I do it using dandilions you may know them as weeds it makes a delicious healthy honey and super cheap. if they do this type of thing again put the pot in cold water this is called an ice bath it will solidify the honey faster I love phillipinos they see something and get creative they don't need expensive things, they remind me of my cat shes happy with just a box keep up they great content. also crush some ice have them put this on crushed ice to make a sweet drink they will love.

Wow this video made me look up what it is made for and turns out it has all kinds of Health benefits and super good for your Cholesterol, adds weight loss, iron Absorbtion, immune health, digestion as it is almost a super fruit and used in allot of dishes especially fish. Looked like a fun project and good amount of customers rolling in. A cool one would be to buy some different kinds of fish and let them share recipes and then eat their finished product as it would be cool to get and share recipes.. Dang it ya made me hungry now...The Mayor / pied piper of Buyong st neighborhood..

Punishment - smack the hands - another old memory of what my mother told me what happen to boys in grade school. This is 1923 - 1927, a teacher would ( could ) take a wooded ruler, the one with the metal strip down one side and whack the back of the boys hands with that sharp edge. Prison time today if that ever happened. This was Edmonds, Wash. on Puget Sound.
