You are right about “getting up and moving” for depression. Gotta get up and move. If u just lay there, it’ll get you.

After a weekend of being addicted to your stories Chazz - from talking old school with Sandy, and being on the Joey Diaz show. I worked for a real old school Italian guy back in the early 2010s, when I had just graduated High School. We used to fix restaurant equipment and get fed by that restaurant "on the arm." It was a beautiful experience learning from a street guy just trying to hustle and work a humble profession. He even had a fleet of Cadillacs up in Yonkers we'd see from time to time when he wasn't driving the main maroon one he'd do business in with the bench seats. He was an old Gramercy Park guy that I met just from delivering pizzas. I'll never forget the lessons he taught me, and what defines old school.

I'm with Lauren on her dish test. Also Brian I think passing the traditions down depends on the individual. I'm 47 an my friends and I still do the old school traditions of making homemade sauce, wine making, and the Christmas Eve feast, etc. I teach my kids all these things.

Thank you Mr.Palminteri for the advice you gave to Tony. It felt like you were also speaking to me. I’ve been dealing with the same issue for about the same amount of time. With the exception being that I know all of the reasons I’m now depressed. It started off with just being overwhelmed and stressed but I know it’s now actual depression. Your advice is spot on, although I know it’s easier said than done. However I am well aware that if we freeze we’re just compounding all the issues we already have and are certainly creating new ones! The world doesn’t stop just because we have. 🤷🏻♀️ But thank you again for speaking about it. Sometimes it does help to hear these things from someone else. ♥️🙏

Hi Chazz! I just seen you on The Haunting of. I loved the episode. I see and hear things too. People in general fascinate me we can learn so much from everyone around even animals. People are walking books I love to learn. I just like to listen because many people don't most only like to listen to themselves. Many need and want to be heard even when they're gone.

Chazz time ✨👏🏽✨💃🏻. Absolutely true on not seeing anymore old schoolers. New podcasters think it’s okay to disrespect old school ways knowing they’d never survive the Jersey/Ny days. We didn’t sit behind a computer making threats like a thumb thug as they do now lol.

Why do all these guys wear black? Or always surrounded or lit up in purple? (Chaz isnt lit up purple here but I see so much of it) then watching back thru older videos I realize everyone has always been kit up purple. What's the reason or meaning of it?

Your point about celebrating ethnic culture is correct. I think there's too much emphasis these days on politically correct concepts such as diversity and inclusion which sounds good but tends to imply that people should suppress their culture.

My mom thought me my wife would kill me in my sleep if we went to bed angry. In our culture woman kills their husband? Lol. They call them black widow. They love their men to death.
