Inglewood - We met up with Lil Wack also known as Picasso700. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana he visited Inglewood often as a kid, and eventually got involved in the streets of Inglewood and became a member of the Neighborhood Pirus (NHP) and made Inglewood his home.
He recently was released from prison after serving 10 years and learned how to draw and do tattoos in prison and now he is doing tattoo professionally.
