I live in the neighborhood. Your tour goes from Lower Pacific Heights, such as Japan Town up to Pacific Heights. The boundaries are vague but Alta Plaza Park is definitely Pacific Heights.

notice there aren't homeless everywhere or chaos like on rightwing grift sites that make it seem like the whole city is the tenderloin.

I grew up in Cow Hollow in the 1950s/1960s just outside the Presidio. In my teens my Japanese mother would send me on the Muni to Tokyo Fish Market for a grocery item or two. The shop was on Fillmore near Bush. In those days - I say as I’m stroking my gray hair - that store was considered in “The Fillmore.” Advance to 1986. I was working for a Japanese/English newspaper in JapanTown but living in Marin just north of The City. My job taking and typesetting the English Want Ads. Here is where I first heard about lower Pacific Heights. A man called wanting to place an English Apt to Rent: “2 inch display ad with large BOLD HEADER. ‘Four large rooms, bath, kitchen with deck access LOWER PACIFIC HEIGHTS $5,600.’l That was 1986. Coincidentally, it was on Fillmore very near the old Tokyo Fish Market location. I can only imagine what’s being charged now. .
