The reason why the neighbors are angry because they’re suffering by putting up with Frank and Marie Barone. Additionally, even the retirement home in the last season kicked them out due to their crazy behaviors. Nobody wants to deal with two living nightmares who goes by the names of Frank and Marie.

@@iRazenrak I don't recall the show stating they have an HOA. Even if they do, Frank and Marie have lived there for decades, so things could get legally complicated if their residence at that address is older than when the HOA was founded.

No question. The type of toxic interference by the two of them would stress any marriage. And Ray doesn't exactly stand up for Debra with Marie, so that would also stress a marriage. All of that stress wouldn't be there if they lived further away. Much, much further away. Maybe another state..
